Available Roles
Staff Assistant
Support our invited guests and staff members. This includes airport coordination, assisting with check-in, and ensuring they have what they need during the event. This role requires responsibility, communication skills, and composure.
Event Setup Assistant
Assist with preparation 1–2 days before the event and support breakdown afterward. Tasks include organizing equipment, preparing spaces, and logistical support. This role allows you to fully experience the event during peak program hours.
Creative Team (Application-Based)
For those with proven skills in:

This role is selective. Portfolio or prior experience is required.
